The concept, primarily, originated in the U.S.A. Basically, motels serve the needs and requirements of these travelers and meet the demand for transit accommodation. Or, we can also call a motel as a place for transit overnight stay. In Plymouth Motels offer the best to a transit visitor.

Some of the important services offered by the motels include parking and garage facilities, accommodation, restaurants and eateries and public catering and recreational facilities. Here, it is essential to note that the motels in Plymouth are equipped with gas filling stations, accessories, service of the elevator to the automobile entrance, restaurants etc.

However, to enrich the services on offer in Plymouth, it is also essential that the motels make available to the guests equipments and tools, if the tourists like to repair their vehicles. In the 20th century, it was the inn keeper’s answer to the needs of the travelers that resulted in the increased use and popularity of the automobile.

Motels are mostly located outside the city, preferable along highways and important road junctions where tourists want to relax. Motels are of different types. Some motels in Plymouth provide bare minimum services whereas some of the other motels provide almost all the facilities found in modern hotels, of course, at much cheaper prices.

The accommodation available in a motel is more in the category of a ‘chalet facility’, which has a dining hall with fixed menu. Some of the motels also provide shipping facilities. In the U.S.A, the motel accommodation is ranked at par with hotel accommodation. In the true sense, they are also supposed to play an active role in anticipating the needs, requirements and tastes and preferences of their esteemed customers and in shaping and designing their desires and aspirations, and helping them in tackling their numerous day-to-day problems.

hotels

please can you tell me if the royal hotel in lake garda is 4 star as the reviews on it vary, also what are the hotels like on route, and how much legroom is there if we are sat where the stairs are, my hubby is 6ft

information about tour to italian sud tirol and dolomites

hi we are going on the italian sud tirol and dolomites tour in july and i was wondering if you could answer some queries for us.

1) will there be a service stop to have a meal before we reach the hotel in belgium on our first night or will we have to buy a meal in the hotel.

2) what sort of clothing is appropriate for the trip to the dolomites.

3) aproximately what time is the evening meal in the hotel in austria. and is there anything to do on the night.

4) is there a town or village (shops, cafes, town square etc) near to the hotel.

5) aproximately what time can we expect to be back to durham on our return journey.

i appreciate all times are dependant on delays etc but it is just to give us a general idea many thanks.

What to take?

Hi, Off on Spectacular Spain trip this saturday - staying at Florida Park Hotel - Do they provide towels for use at the pool? Therefore I have been looking at the main brochure. Could you tell me does the single room saver apply on both the silver service dates as well as the executive coach dates as this will determin when I travel. I also realise you only have 4 per trip and it is on a first come first serve basis. My guess is 5cm is not going to make much difference as someone else's case is bound to be slightly smaller! ;)

If they are very strict on size then it's kinda tough as these are the only cases we have that come close to the measurements and we can't really afford to go buying more new cases!

Cheers!

Currency needs

At Easter I'll be going on the Prague, Vienna and Budapest tour and at the end of May I'm doing the Grand Russian Spectacular. Hope someone has some idea!

BTW, once I've been on the tour I'll stick a review on the site for everyone given there isn't one at the moment! :)

Regards

Adrian

Luggage on singles holiday to Austria

Please can you tell me if I require a small bag with overnight clothes and toiletries for the first night in Belgium, and is the suitcase taken off the coach at the hotel in Belgium?
This is my first singles holiday, 12th May.

Best In Flight Service

What's everyone's opinion on the in flight service of different airlines? Which is the best service?

I had only flown on European and North American airlines until recently, when I flew on Emirates to New Zealand. I find their service so much better than what I had experienced before, from the staff to the in flight entertainment, to the meals, which vary on each flight.

What other airlines are good?

Luggage

My wife and I are doing the 14 day Highlightds of Eastern Europe Silver Service tour in April.

My wife is concerned that we are only supposed to take one suitcase each and feels that this is insufficient for this type of tour. There will be little opportunity to do personal laundry when we will be staying in different hotels almost each night. Has anyone esxperienced this before, was it OK to take more than one suitcase particularly on Silver Service- which is supposed to be the Upgrade option.
