please can you tell me which luggage size  is used as in the brochure a different  maximum luggage  size is given to what is printed on the travel documents that i have received for my trip next week to italy. Also has the fire in the channel tunnel made any changes to our journey as we are supposed to be going out on the euro tunnel on the way to italy

Hi Oldstreet

I have just had a word with our operations department and got the following reply:-

Luggage Size - medium size suitcase no dimensions anymore, the weight is strictly 20Kg per case.

The tunnel, its closed to coaches until the 22nd September, we are working with the ferry companies and Eurotunnel on a daily basis to ensure that passenger inconvenience is kept to a minimum.

We are doing the "Jewels Of Italy" tour in June, we are flying from Birmingham Int. We wonder if anyone is aware of the baggage allowance?
